Who we are

Zride is a zero-commission ride-hailing platform for auto-rickshaw drivers and passengers, built and operated by Asli One Global Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. Zride is live in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, with plans to expand across Tamil Nadu and other South Indian cities. Zride is a technology intermediary: the ride itself is provided by the independent driver, and the fare is paid by the passenger directly to the driver.

What makes us different

• Zero commission on fares. The passenger pays the driver directly by UPI or cash. Zride does not take a cut of the fare.
• One small, flat platform fee. ₹5 per ride for autos, inclusive of GST, shown before booking and paid to the driver along with the fare. It is Zride's only charge on a ride — never a share of the fare.
• Government tariff, transparent pricing. Fares follow the auto-rickshaw tariff notified by the Government of Tamil Nadu. Any peak-hour surcharge is shown on the booking screen before you confirm, is capped at 1.5× the base fare, and goes entirely to the driver.
• Driver welfare. Legal support, document-renewal help and regular care calls come with the platform.
• Safety built in. Verified drivers, live GPS tracking, in-ride SOS, trip sharing and two-way ratings.

Our mission

Auto-rickshaw drivers are among the hardest-working small-business owners in urban India. Where many ride apps charge drivers a commission on every fare, Zride charges none. Instead, drivers pay a small, transparent flat platform fee per ride and a low daily platform fee (₹20 per active day for autos, GST-inclusive) after a free period. The driver keeps 100% of the fare.

Alongside this, our welfare programmes aim to give auto-rickshaw partners support that informal-sector workers have historically been denied.

Who we serve

• Passengers — clean, safe, fairly-priced auto-rickshaw rides in Chennai and (soon) across Tamil Nadu.
• Auto-rickshaw drivers — a commission-free earning platform with legal support and driver welfare programmes.
• Small parcel senders — small, personal package delivery (Zride Parcel) on the same platform. The driver decides what they can carry.

Where we operate

Pilot launch: Chennai (including Tambaram, T. Nagar, Velachery, Adyar, Chromepet, Chengalpattu).
Planned rollout: Tamil Nadu state-wide, then other South Indian cities. Zride operates only in India.
