How Zride is different
- Zero commission. The driver keeps 100% of the fare, peak surcharge, night charge, waiting charge and tips.
- Flat, visible fees. ₹5 per auto ride (GST-inclusive), shown before booking. Drivers pay ₹10 per active day for autos (list price ₹20) after a free period of up to 90 days.
- Government tariff. Auto fares follow the tariff notified by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
- Pay the driver directly. Zride does not hold the fare. Online payments to Zride are only wallet and platform-balance top-ups.
- Safety and welfare. Verified drivers, live tracking, SOS, trip sharing, two-way ratings, SheRide, and driver support such as legal help, document-renewal help and care calls.
